Empties: Noteworthy 9

I never intended to disappear from the blog for 3/4 of a year, but life happens, and here we are.  I've shared some over on Instagram, but the long and the short of it is that, between a stressful full-time job and a new migraine problem I've been dealing with since last fall, I've just had minimal bandwidth left for blogging and social media in general. I really want to be more consistent with content creation again, but I won't make any promises as I'm still not sure what that will look like.

My last empties post was way back in December 2020, and, while I did accumulate an overflowing bag of all my empties in the nearly 2 years since, I've picked out just a handful of really exceptional ones to share in more detail today instead of trying to quickly breeze through 1001 things. While there are lots of skincare products, both new and old, that I enjoyed last year, these are specifically my very top standout discoveries -- things that I tried for the first time in 2020.  As it turns out, this lineup makes up an entire basic skincare routine, which is also fun!

Fall Favourites (ft. Derma E, MetaPora, Sweet Leilani, Consonant + more!)

It’s been a while since my last favourites post here on the blog, so I’m pretty long overdue!  Today's batch is mostly skincare, but I think that’s pretty fitting for this year -- my focus has definitely been more consistently on skincare than makeup since staying home these last many months. Also, while I’m calling this Fall Favourites, most of these are things I’ve been loving since at least the summer...
