Thanks for the tip on locations, I'll definitely keep it in mind :) I've ended up having to email a few companies to ask, and once you're asking about their sourcing, I'm always skeptical about how they answer. If they're sourcing sustainable palm oil, I'd think that would be something they're proud of and want to advertise to everyone, without needing to be asked!

I mainly get my Badger from iherb or Vitacost too! We have a lot of their products in Canada, but the markup gets pretty steep :(Caitiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09698164168416976845noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4226777357926708402.post-38158381812344024992013-05-20T03:38:39.738-04:002013-05-20T03:38:39.738-04:00I do my best to avoid palm oil as well. It can be quite a challenge, because when you begin to notice palm oil, you'll literally find it everywhere :( As a rule of thumb when it comes palm, if I can find it's been sourced from Africa then I consider it 'safe'. There's just too many shady practices happening in se asia at this time for me to even consider purchasing any products which have palm sourced from there :(

I would love to try more Badger products, but we just don't seem to get them here in Australia. I think this justifies another big iherb order then xDElenihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01169492629635443270noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4226777357926708402.post-89157265509503997292013-05-15T20:27:05.951-04:002013-05-15T20:27:05.951-04:00It's a bargain, isn't it?! I think if you are using a natural soap then it's fine for the face it's the synthetics in some brands that give soaps a bad name :)Sugarpuffishhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04568700930605137502noreply@blogger.com
